These are based on different themes, topics and biblical material. Later in the year we plan to run an Enquirers course for those who want to know more about the Christian faith or those who want to remind themselves of the basics. Men's Group This is a good opportunity for the men of the parish to get together and talk about the stuff men like to talk about! Talking is usually accompanied by lots of good food and drink! This group meets regularly but has no set time and place. Care Team All parishioners are involved in caring for each other, but this team takes particular care of those who are ill or in need. They provide casseroles, send cards, and organize prayer vigils, as well as promoting fellowship activities within the parish. Outreach The parish is currently developing a long term strategy for outreach and mission in the local community. This is an exciting time for us and one in which we pray for the courage to dream big dreams and entrust them into God's hands and imagination. We look forward to where God will lead us in the future. |
